Charlie Edwin and Beulah Partain were the parents of Othel Edward, Ernest Wayne, and Lanny Eugene Partain. Charlie was the son of John Thomas and Julia Partain, and Beulah was the daughter of Alonzo (Lon) and Minnie McCullar.
