The Life and Times of Sheila Partain

Sheila is the second born daughter of Lanny and Donna Partain. She was born in McAllen, Texas, October 7, 1967.  She graduated from High School in Nederland, TX and from College at Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.  She teaches third grade, has a daughter in the third grade, and is a 20 year survivor of Osteo Sarcoma (bone cancer).
